ive just had my laptop restored and had to reinstoll dj softwear again but when i load it on my laptop and play a track the music come out ok but the cross fader and the music voll buton dont work, but when i change to deck 2 and put the music thought the head phones all the music cutts out ive cheacked all the connectors at the back and try to reinstol it 3 times but the same happen every time i do it it would be grate if someone can tell me were i am going wrong thanks

Something is wrong in your soundcard settings in VDJ.
Select the OUTPUT setting that makes sense to your current setup.
1) Speaker + headphone?
2) External mixer?
Choose Hercules RMX as soundcard
Should work then.
