Please let me know how it is. I'm considering moving to the Atl but I want to know what it's like and how hard it is to get work. How hard is it to get with promoters and club owners?
How hard would it be to become an established WORKING DJ?
How long con it take to get established?
As far as Hip Hop goes, is it really like 90% dirty south music?

I can't be the only one interested in DJ'ing in Atlanta.
SOMEONE has to be using VDJ down (or up or over, depending on where U are) there.
I really need some input as I am thinking of moving.

I live in Atlanta, is a great DJ market (private events) Club work I'm not sure about. Before I made the move from New Jersey, I contact many DJs in the area and most tried to change my mind about moving telling me that I'll never make half of what I would charge for a wedding in NJ....until I ran into a few great folks that told me how great the market was. I do mostly weddings. Here are the places you want to visit when you make the move:
