The colormatrix defines the color of the browser's icon elements. Try to put 255 instead of 0 on SOME values (like rr or gg or bb) and your icons will turn the color you put. It's usefull to harmonize the icon's to the rest of a particular skin color.

i've download the adobe photoshop elements, and that works cool.
if you get the pipet and select a collor, it shows the matrix.
verry easy...
