I purchased my Hercules Dj Console RMX and it came with Virtual DJ Limited Edition, it works fine with that. But i got a newer version of virtual dj, version 4.2 and version 5, and pro, and its not working with any of these.. However when i go online and download a free trial it works with my console. I tried placing the settings as i see it on the trial version but it still isnt working. what could be the problem?

You need VirtualDJ 5.rev7 onwards for the RMX to work.
I hope you enjoy the trail and consider buying and supporting the software.

The RMX Console will not work with older versions of VirtualDJ (It did not exist at the time these were created.)
The Hercules DJ Console RMX comes with the latest v5 Console Edition of VirtualDJ. Please register your RMX Console Edition serial number and you will be able to download the most latest Hercules DJ Console Edition. hey, i have Hercules DJ Console and it came with virtual dj basic edition and everytime i record my songs all of a sudden the program getsstuck and i have to sart all over again, anyideaswhy?...let meknowplease...or what do people recommend? i also plan on buying Virtual DJ Pro but first i want to make sure whats going on with my program.
