Topic: problems with my hercules mk2

hi I have a problem with my mk2 controller. I am running vdj pro version 5.2 when I install my driver the sound card works perfectly but for some reason I can't controll the software using the mk2. I contacted hercules and they told me to update my drivers but I still can't get it to work. On the devise manager it says code 10 next to the hercules mk2 asio drivers can some one help me please.
