Topic: wath can i do???

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

i want to use my dj console and all the effects with it . but if i go in sound cards they say only avaible in pro version ,

i have buyed the pro version , but there i cannot use my dj console and effects are not active , yes some , the best are not active

wat can i do ?

do you have activate under remote control your controller?
Look at the images, if there is your controller activate with klick the left mouse button.

Which controller do you use?

yes i have try it but not work , i use the dj control mp3

but in store on the box u cannot see if it pro or not .

they have another one bit more money i want to buy it . but how i know i can use my headphone mixer or soundcards ?
 
Is it possible you have the Limited Edition Software also aboard?
I knew a guy who had also problems with the mp3.
If you like, deinstall all vdj software products, but copy your effects (other thread) and other stuff you had in a save folder.
After deinstall, clean the regstry.
Then install only the pro version.
OK it's a hard cut, but if nobody else has a better idea test this.

If you have a secod soundcard you can use headphones and and play to your crowd simular.
You must them adjust in the soundcard folder.
The other Hercules MK2 has included a soundcard.

Let's see if anybody else know the problem.

If it's work well, hope we can help you also to find the righ adjust.

Stop, if you have a second PC oder Notebook, you can test it befor deinstall.
