hi there as you have already guessed i am a beginner at djing. i have a song on each deck on the virtual dj skin. is there anyway possible they i can press start and they will both start at the same time?

As far as I know you could configure a keyboard shortcut to do this for you yes!

I am kind of new to the VDJ scene as well. I believe that if you left click "automix," it will automatically start both songs in sync. I believe right clicking will cause it to auto-fade through the playlist. Not sure though. Hope it helps.

You can do it by assigning a hot key for example "3" (number 3 button) in Config -> Mappers.
Press "+" button.
For "Key:" field type: "3"
For "Action:" field type the following text: "deck 1 play_pause & deck 2 play_pause"
Save changes and try "3" hot key
Press "+" button.
For "Key:" field type: "3"
For "Action:" field type the following text: "deck 1 play_pause & deck 2 play_pause"
Save changes and try "3" hot key
