Hey everybody,
Ive been having this problem ever since I bought my console and Im not really sure why. I keep thinking that I have fixed it but it keeps coming back. My problem is that after I unplug the console and leave it unplugged for a couple days when I try to plug it back in it says disconnected in the little control panel and wont work. Right after I plug it in it says new hardware found.....hurcules console bulk, hercules console midi,hercules console asio, and i tell it to install and it does and then it works. I also have installed the latest drivers and firmware. It seems that everytime it has been unplugged for a couple days it "forgets" it was installed. Any ideas? Thanks.

do you use different usb ports ?
seems like windows install the drivers each time you change usb port

I have the exact same problem. I want to buy the real version but I am being persuaded into buying pcdj each time this virtual dj screws up.
