i installed vdj 2.06 and when i try to open it it says that my internal database is invalid or corrupt and there is an invaldid shin file on line %i......the support people said i need to delete the data base files and skin files then re install and that would fix the problem but it didn't and how cum for $130 we don't get more in depth support like people to talk to over the phone ,they do have phones where they work right?

ask e-service for a re-download, maby the install got currupted slightly (though enough to install) but not run the program. delete the vdj folder and then try to reinstall
