Topic: Bug fixes and next release date?

All,

I raised ticket 78409 on 5th September to highlight a bug with the search & sort.

I got a short answer back to say the bug was indeed there.

Can anyone confirm when the next release is coming, as the bug renders the sort function useless in some cases and really needs fixed. I understand the releases roll up a lot of fixes in to one, but it would be nice to know if it will be incorporated in the next release and get an idea of when it will go live. I sent a reply to the ticket on Monday to ask this question but have had no reply as yet.

if you have a listen to this interview between tearemup and dj cyder here there is some information (not a lot) given out on this subject, sorry, can't remember exactly where in the interview so you will just have to have a listen.
 
I listened to most of the interview but the sound was so bad with the music in the background I never got anything from it.

I got an answer to my ticket saying they don't know when the next release will be.

Gives someone who spent so much money on a product absolutely no confidence in the company whatsoever.

Surely reasonably quick bugfix releases are normal, or at least an indication of when the fixes will be implemented?
 
We don't know when the next release will be ;)
 
sorry kradcliffe, this is what was somehow omitted from that interview at the end, as usual nothing specific is ever divulged about future releases but we are definitely left here with a big tease, me personally, i can't wait to find out how we are going to be further spoilt.
 
There is no specific date for new versions on the site. We just wait for Team to do their job ;)
