is there a hardware that lets you assign
effect buttons on it ?

i feel my hercules rmx 6 buttons is not enough, since
im trying to experience new things,

You could use addons in the form of various faderfox devices (http://faderfox.de/) or the M-Audio trigger finger.

does the UC33e work like the M-Audio trigger for the function i want ?
