Topic: Convert NEC plug to Powercon

Has anyone convrted a 3 prong power cord to a Powercon electric input?. I have a 12" powered RCF speaker that has the 3 prong power input. I am worried that it could get pulled out and want to replace the input on the back of the cabinet. Has anyone done this? Any suggestions?
