Like most djs, his break through to djiing came in when he joined Kampala city in his high school life. Sky started spinning in small friends' house parties, wedding events plus making mixtapes for friends using the Virtualdj and pcdj red, until he joined Kk beach where he got his first hand experience with a turntable. Tutored in 2003 by DJ Poncy. his djying career officially Started Djiing year 2004. Though its been disturbed/ interrupted by his education... I had to first study...though i loved music, said young sky at the age of 15yrs. He has worked with WTBCDJZ Entertainment PLUS different pubs & Night clubs in uganda and now CLUB VISION EMPIRE, and DE POSH BAR in mbarara town. In his short stint in the industry, he has already, featured on several events such as church, birthday and wedding parties, corporate events,road shows, clubs such as Club one, Punchline, Sure pub, DE BOSS BAR, NICOZ PUB,De posh bar and many others. DJ SKY is blessed with a wide mixtapes platform all over the internet. Sky is very brilliant when it comes to reading his crowd. Apart frm Djying, he is also a graphic, web and computer programm designer. Though he loves hacking most in his free time. In May 23, 2011, God gave sky a baby boy(DARLIUS BUKENYA a.k.a DJ BUX), the only kid he has...from his long time girl friend NAKAWOOYA IMMACULATE. He is currently lives in Mbarara, western uganda. Sky spends most of his free time giving mixing guides to his fellow djz.. I call it music...and i can make it sound intresting..said this young and talented disc jockey. We see no obstacle infront of this brilliant DJ. From Bed to professional djying, he always give praise to his fellow Djz for establishing him in music scene. THANKS MY COMRADES.
