At 2.30am after a great evening(got to work and the place was full)
the console just stop responding,one master tempo light was on only!I did not loose the sound just the controls.I used keyboard shortcuts to finsh the night.After work i just disconnected usb and reconnected it and all was fine!
So not a big deal but.........why?

sounds like the console's microprocessor brain crashed. power-cycling probably just reset it.
I dont know for sure, but looking inside, I'd guess that the sound card functions are handled by a totally different circuit than the input/control functions.
Not nice though, has anyone else seen this ? What firmware do you have in it ?

I had this problem with a bad usb cable...
bought a new one, problem gone

the new version 2.06 works a lot better than 2.01... and cracked versions are likely to have many bugs :)

If it happens again try to open the options page and uncheck and check again (and apply) the console
(in the remote cotrollers page). This is a trick that i discovered to "fix" the connection without restarting virtual dj.
