Topic: Any way to get one deck to play in headphones while other is playing to sound system?

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I am new to digital DJing. I am making mixes and using many of the features. I am trying to play one deck in the USB headphones while the other is playing to the output (the main headphone output from my pc to the speakers). Is there any way to do this without a mixer?
I would like to be able to mix and get a sample ready on one deck to try to mix it better..

If they are USB headphones try looking in the sound set up in the config menu..do the headphones show? If so select Input:None Output:Headphones Soundcards:2 and select your PC soundcard and the USB headphones.
