Hi guys,

a few weeks ago i bought 2 new turntables, the Synq XTRM1
My main intentions are to use them with Time coded vinyls from virtual dj, wich i will buy as soon as they're available. But in al the forums and on this site i read you have to connect the ground wire from your turntables to the chasis of your pc: PROBLEM: the Synq's don't have a ground wire!
You can chose phone or line at the back of the turntables, i heard that you need to set it on 'line' for use with TCV, is that correct? I really want to use TCV, but they say you can't get a 100% if you don't connect that ground wire..

Is there someone who has bought these turntables too, and uses the TCV without any problems?
And what's your setup then, you set the turntables to 'line' or something?
Any help is welcome!

if you can't get a straight 100% signal, open up your turntable and find the mainboard inside.
solder or screw some wire to the mainboard's ground.. voila you got yourself a turntable with ground-connection.

but most of the ground wires are often the same contact-points as the cinch-connectors have. (so it won't be really nessasary i think)
