Topic: Time-coded Vinyl configuration, how should wave form look?

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

In the configuration screen of the time-coded vinyl configuration, there you can see the waveform displaying when you put the needle of your turntable on the TCV.
But how should it look in that display area?
And when do you know your sliders for gain and silence are set correctly?

Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks.

thw waveform shout fill about 75% of the box and the silence is for when you stop the vinyl, you raise the silence untill the grey area covers the line as not to react to background noise.
Also only check the pre amp box if your taking your signal from a phono level out turntable otherwise uncheck it

hey thanks PJay, I was looking for this configuration, recalled seeing it somewhere, but couldn't trace it back.
I was always on the right track, but wanted some confirmation.
