Not that I'm aware of, but editing a skin is very easy to do - just edit the bitmap and XML according to what you want to do. For example, moving an element in the bitmap - move its co-ordinates in the XML file to correspond.

hmm only so simple? if i deleted something in bitmap and then i saved it, then i put both files in a rar file and put em in the skin directory but VDJ wouldnt load em, neither in the skin menu :S

You don't have to compress them, but if you do, put them in a zip.

this may help... or not, lol

Hi to all

I'm currently working on a skin editor. It is still in development stage, but should be released some time in September.
Current features:
-Open XML and Graphic file at the same time
-Magnifying of the picture, up to 1600%
-XML syntax highlighting
-Automatic XML indention
-Make a selection in the Graphics, choose an element in a dropdown box (slider, button, textzone, visual, ...), edit the definitions of the element, right-click on the selection to automatically write the XML code for the element.
-Select some XML code, rightclick on it to automatically make a selection in the graphics to see where is the element
-Auto-save feature to prevent loosing data
-Two click XML making. From a blank xml, make a skin that can be used in a few seconds.
-Automatic opening of files, if you open the XML or graphic file, the corresponding file is also opened.

eagerly anticipated...

The skin editor sounds great,I hope you will make it open for download to all users.ie (home edition users)?

JeremK, you are the bomb.

all hell will break loose once that skin editor comes into play.

does it support cloning buttons and knobs too?

for example: copy the key knob of deck A to deck B
