Yes, you are a VV user - call Numark.
And looking at your other post - since there were updates installed you should verify that those items (like UAC) didn't reset themselves to the original settings as a result of the updates.

i just renewed my license and the faders are not working when i go to one side left or right i'm not hearing what i should be hearing
