Topic: Error:Invalid serial #. "Contact service@virtualdj.com"

I purchased a Hercules DJ Console with Virtual DJ. It worked for a couple of days, now it won't open and I get the error message --Error:Invalid serial #. "Contact --@--.--". Does anyone know what I can do to resolve this issue?
