I would like to see a feature where you can setup perfect loops ahead of time (pre-show) and set them to like an auto setting (as you can in serato)
this way, when playing, you know the loop will activate over your pre-decided part without you having to "perfectly" hit the loop button at that part.
its silly to make brand new files with the looped part and even harder to try to get it perfect every time.
i know you can do this with "cue events" but that plugin is really buggy. natural vdj feature would be nicer!!

Serato can do that?! Man, I want that for VDJ.

If you use the loops everytime at the same spot... wouldnt it be easier to just edit the song permanently?

bugger and i thought we were dj's, if you want to be like tiesto and record your set and then pretend your doing something for the audience do it that way, or do it on the fly for each night your working, gives you more energy and the odd cock up which the punters never hear keeps you on your toes... that is the only way i want to work

...sure you could but then you're stuck either doing the exact same set every single time or having like 6 different versions of a song.
for example, one track- i usually have 4 ways out of it depending on the show... i'd rather not have a couple copies of the track (or in my case video near 250 megabytes!)

Well I like the idea.... I'd also like to see it able to jump to a preset loop in any part of the song, not just a loop of the exit point...

Can you give a more detailed example.. I'm curious on what your doing and it sounds pretty interesting!

EXAMPLE:
fatman scoop- be faithful... at one point in the middle he says "Let's GO!"
Usually, i keep my mouse on the 1-best loop and just have to click the 1 beat loop at the exact time so that the "let's go!" loops over and over...
after one or two of those, i scratch in another beat and then scratch out the let's go loop...
it would be greeeeaaaat if i could perfect pre-set the "let's go" loop ahead of time and not worry about clicking a few miliseconds too late!
