is this the first time you download the trail on the same pc ?
cause you can't use the trail more than 1 time (20 days)

doctor. if it's a trial contact e-service as stated above. if it's a cracked version buy the full program, see if you get the same error and then contact e-service. if you have the full version enter in your serial number and then contact e-service. good luck. :)
