resently reinstalled xp on my machine afta 2 many bugs,.....anyway also jus bought newest version of VDJ and upgraded hercules drivers and fireware....but now i cant get the output from the console to work.... :(
i have 2 phono jack going from the consoles central output to hifi, then headphones in the headphone socket...the sound threw the headphones actually does what i do on the console (eg crossfader etc) but the hifi output is eiuther not working or just ignores the consoles commands and plays whats evers playin on the active deck.. ????
any ideas?? ive tryed to find answer on forum 1st but no luck...

the hercules mapper thingy is in DJ mode...and headphones are set to channel 3-4

Just checked on mine, and I'm using outputs 1&2 at the back. Same settings as you on the alien head thing.
BTW, make sure you use a skin with a headphone mix slider if you want to hear both decks together in the cans.
