Get one of your friends to record it for you lol...
You can get the microsoft word voice relay to say what you have typed out in text. It will have the electronic sam sound.

they use audio editing soft and tools, is easy but you need the tools, is a multi track virtual mix with all kind of loops sounds and effects

I made a few quick promos with the free Audacity sound editor. They came out okay for a quick, do-it-yourself type of thing. I'm sure if I spent enough time on editing and tidying up, the program would handle it. I've even made ringtones with the rascal!! For effects, etc., you just keep saving your work as you go and add to it what you will, by laying down more tracks alongside the original. Pretty powerful for a freebie.
BTW, you can also have a professional version done by the Source DJ Music Supply, at www.thesourceformusic.com. I think it's under "DJ Drops."

Or the simple way is to give xtendamix $150 and they will custom make one for you including video.

The Wigman also does a good job for a bit less money. You can also chose from a selection of "packs" or have custom drops made.

Find a friend that has a great speaking voice and have him say the things you want in a radio announcer style, any audio editor will work but if you have access to a daw like cubase pro tools cakewalk then just do your mix and effects..bam...

you could use a text to speech converter to create your own & experiment with pitch , phrasing , male , female voices or accents. Then record or export the results.. You could also overdub music or sound effects so your intro has a greater impact...
Here's an example... ..The jingle has a high frequency so it cuts through typical audio bandwidths.

Hello, on voice drops and other intros..most companies charge a fee to produce them, especially for custom made versions.
Here's the web link: http://www.musicradiocreative.com that will let you download a sample of free radio drops, all you do is just sign up with your email address to receive a download link, I found a lot of useful drops that can be edited to your liking, you just need a "wave editor" software like what comes in the Nero Burning Rom software to edit the drops since the samples are recorded in one long package.
Best of wishes, Jeff :)
