Topic: Where can i find the MK2 Serial Number ?

Hi all,

I've purchased a new MK2 and i'm looking for the serial its Serial Number to register it on the Forum.
Does one of you know where i can find it ? (no information on the console itself nor on the box !).

It on the installation CD sleeve provided with the unit;)

if you have lost it contact hercules support with the Hardware serial number

and they can look it up for you

that should be on a sticker on the base of the unit

but this is only good for asking hercules for a software key

I have a little sticker bith a number but the registration failed with this number in the "Modify my profile" section.

"Incorrect key !"

If any of you has a example of a Serial Number format it will be great.

I think it might mean the serial number on your cd sleeve that came with your console. I'm sure of it.

Try it it should be letters and numbers.

Whatever the number i enter in my profile, it's the same : "invalid serial" !!!

According to hercules support :

"The serial (reference number) of the DJ Console MK Mac is written on the backside. If the plastic cover is on, then remove it and on the backside you will find a little white sticker where following data are written (DJ Console MK2, Ref:..., Made in ...)"

I give up.
