Topic: Can't get both decks to play

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I'm using 2 turtle beach sound cards, and for some reason I can only get 1 deck to play, for what I understand both decks should be able to play under one mixer channel isn't that correct?

what could I be doing wrong?

You have to go sound setup in config and select two line mixer. Next, in the drop down window below that select 2 cards. Finally, In the drop down window below that look for your cards and in each slot designate one card.
