I have an RCP-2001A controller, I know some other people that have one, and wish it worked for other DJ s/w. Its an awesome controller. If only VDJ supported it, I'd buy VDJ in a SNAP!

Hell, if VDJ supported the RCP controller I'd be mad at myself for selling my old RCP controller! I dumped it because Alcatech kept delaying and delaying the updates. I was fed up with them.
I had the RCP-1001a (the little brother to the one you have) and it was sweet. The rcp controllers feature...
rack mountable
lighted buttons (rubber like the Denon CD decks)
VFW (vaacuum florescent display)
smooth jog wheel
lighted Hot cue buttons
extremely accurate pitch slider
white click wheels
sample player buttons
fader start
the 2001b has a roller wheel instead of a slider
The only problem is that they only work with BPM studio (or at least that is what they told me).
The other controller to match the RCP is the Peavey DAI

This is brand new and has a full touch screen! Chances are it will work with other software.
