Topic: Virtual dj with 3 decks?

Bit of a farout question i hav'nt seen anything on it yet, there is probably a reason why? :-/

Will virtual dj ever have a third deck, just for like acapellas and samples so you can keep them loaded and scratch over the top of the other tracks...?

You can have that with multi instance skins and it was asked for before.
 
Sorry in my other question no one answered it, i remembered someone mentioning multi instance skins but was'nt sure what they meant and they didnt specifically acknowledge they were talking about skins for 3 decks,

sory am abit nooby too all this stuff.

 
you get 4+ decks.

It has issues sometimes if you use external controllers
I didn't experiment much but I am sure you can install cdj twice and reference each instants to
a seperate configuration.

For example:
Herc controls instance 1
time code for instants 2

I was able to change the settings while in VDJ
but, the last instants closed seems to keep the settings.

Cannot use the record feature using 4 decks, correct me if I am wrong. Would have to use recording software to record.
 
You can use the recording feature.
you need to record from the correct source

you may have to feed it to a line in,

I use external mixer so I can record everything via line in
