I got a brand new Laptop, VAIO Core duo, 1,73ghz, 2 gig ram, HD 100 gig Windows Vista Premium
I used to install VDJ on it (4,3 version) and here what happened...
- I can't scan the BPM anymore, at firts it worked but now... no more (it close the soft)
- During a mix session (no matter the time I mix, it can be 2 hours or more) the browser window freeze, I can't browse files or go in the effect , etc... I have to open another player (winamp) and reload the soft
- I cant' use effects, it does'nt load, when I go in the effects window, i choose one (I use to download a lot on the website) and on the right part of the window where habitually it write something on the effect, nothing happen, only a blue window
Whan I saw the update (VDJ 5) I install it and now on
- I can't scan BMP too (it close the soft)
- I can't search songs by typing the name in the search bar ( it close the soft)
- I tried to mix video form VOB files and it bugs 2- 3 times
- I can'T use Effects at all
so I decided to get back to the 4,3 version and not to use the "multiple" options that the soft should give me...
PLEASE HELP ME !!!

Je viens de m'acheter un nouveau Laptop VAIO (tel que décrit ci haut)
J'y ai installé VDJ 4,3 et voici ce qui ne fonctionne pas...
- Il n'est plus possible de scanner les BPM (au début oui mais maintenant rienb en plus de fermer le logiciel- pratique en soirée)
- Peu importe le temps que je mix, en soirée la fenêtre du navigateur gèle, plus rien a`faire je ne peux plus accéder à rien, je dois donc démarrer un autre lecteur (winamp) et redémarrer VDJ
- Je ne peux pas utiliser les effets, rien de marche, j'en ai plusieurs que j'ai récupéré sur le site web, la liste est présente dans la fenêtre effetc mais a droite ou il y a habituellement une description , rien, seulement une fanêtre bleue sans rien dedans,
Quand j'ai installé VDJ 5
- Je ne peux pas scanner les BPM (ferme le soft)
- Je ne peux pas chercher les chansons avec la barre incrémentielle (ferme le soft)
- en testant il m'a fait des fermeture innatendue en mixant des VOB
- Et je ne peux toujours pas utiliser les effets...
J'ai donc décidé de revenir à 4,3 et de ne pas utiliser les multiples options qui me sont logiquement proposées...
