Sure, you will need the pro version of VDJ a soundcard and timecode cd's. Seems like most people like the Maya44 soundcard.

Ok well the Maya44 soundcard should i get the internal soundcard or the USB one? Also, what exactly are timecodes? How do i get them and what is there use? I sound like such a noob I just really wanna know if I can make this happen with my setup : /...Any help is GREATLY appreciated.

USB one, and timecodes are a record or a cd with just a tone on it. VDJ reads the tone and transfers what's happening on the turntable/cd player to the computer.

The Denon DN-S1000 is not a MIDI controller and cannot interface with or control VirtualDJ directly. However, any standard DJ CD player can be used with VirtualDJ by using timecode CD's.

You will need a suitable ASIO sound card with at least 4 inputs and 4 outputs such as Hercules DJ Trim, Native Instruments Audio 4 DJ or ESI Maya44 USB.

Timecode CD's can be created yourself using the file downloadable from http://www.virtualdj.com/products/timecode/cd.html - Simply use your CD writing software to burn a couple of audio CD's using this file.

VirtualDJ Professional http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html is required for timecode use (VirtualDJ Home FREE allows timecode to be tried out for 10 minutes at a time: http://www.virtualdj.com/download/free.html )

Setup instructions can be found in the user manuals for VirtualDJ: http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/PDFManuals.html

NOTE: Your computer needs to meet and preferably exceed the recommended specification on the following page: http://www.virtualdj.com/products/virtualdj/index.html
