I am having a major problem. This is the 1st time I have tried to output video thru my system. I have a regular monitor cable connected to my desktop monitor and an S video output cable connected to my video display. I am not able to isolate just the video on the display - it shows my entire desktop and everything. I have tried every setting in the world. Please help - or let me know what video card I need to buy. I want to show music video and do karaoke on the display(s), while seeing Virtual DJ and my desktop on my monitor. PLEASE HELP! MANY THANKS!

Connect your external display and then turn on the computer. Before you open VirtualDJ, rightclick on your desktop and choose properties, click on the settings tab. You can now choose which monitor you wish to adjust, click on 2. Make sure that the extend my windows display onto this monitor is the only option selected; your screen resolution also needs to be higher than 800x600, use 32 bit colour if possible, otherwise 16 will be fine.
Open up VirtualDJ and open the settings menu. Under the video tab, change TV Output to your second monitor. Now tick activate.
That should now work, if it doesn't, you'll have to change the options to extend your desktop in Catalyst Control Center. At the moment you have it set to clone.
