wow, 2 better stars, and 150 DOWNLOADS today!!! wow

GO VOTE ... WE NEED BETTER VOTE, IT WORKS! ;) people all over the world on Vista get gadgets, so help out make them choose the VDJ Radio gadget as their radio gadget ;)

the radio gadget that was submitted a few weeks before the VDJ radio one already have several thousands downloads ;)

We got 150 downloads TODAY

VOTE - IT WORKS! ;))))


 
273 downloads the last 12 hours, and featured as the second most popular gadget today, on Microsofts front page right now ;)

And it seems to have made a good impact, very good listeners numbers all for a long time, in summer month (was a lot less last sunday). And who know how many it could have been, as the server seems to struggle when it reaches 60 listeners unfortunately :)

But keep on voting, those who havent .. please :) We have close to 500 downloads now.. wow ..

Wooooooow that's a soooo good idea that I spent about 2 hours to reboot the server, stop processes, identify where the probem is, and finally shutdown the radio website because too many connexions were crashing the server... :'(

So radio will be up again ONLY when we'll be sure all is ok for VirtualDJ website, which is the priority.

hmm, maybe the promotion idea with Gadget was too good...

1200 downloads, damn..


But a lot of the web radios have several thousands of listeners, so weird that ours cant handle more than 60++ :(

Sorry for the idea of promoting the radio with the Gadget, if it was too much for the server
 

Shame though, VDJ Radio gadget has FAR less downloads and use than ALL the other radio gadgets running same code... and they all are up and running fine..




Sorry to see the our radio server couldnt take it, as it was real fun to see 50 listeners on the radio mid day..

My bad.

 



GADGET PROMO IS DEAD AND BURRIED - I HAVE REMOVED THE GADGET


It got too popular, and made too many connection to radio server (our server was not made to handle that )

Our awesome webmaster has fixed the code so it works smoother for the server, and is now back online, so please place your votes to make the radio well known ;)
