I use connectiv with a macbook pro and vdj no problems. torq DOES suck. But connectiv just worked right up front for me with VDJ. I did not uninstall torq. Don't know if that helps or is a reason.

I had it installed before the Mac VDJ was available. When I installed VDJ it just worked . I don't use time code, so I'm not sure about that. I just mix for parties and weddings out here in the country. sorry, not much help.

hi all
I'm having a massive problem with connecting torq with pioneer CDj 2000.
I use macbook pro, VDJ 6 and Pioneer CDJ 2000 witch TORQ timecode CD's
I searched all the posts and nothing seems to work. Can anyone tell me what is the correct configuration.

I even tryed to hook up my macbook direcly to CDJ 2000 via USB cable but I only one deck worked well.
i couldn't separate lines on my pioneer 800 mixer to mix the tracks. (all two lines form my torq appeared together on one line)

i would be very thankful if anyone form VDJ crew would kindy direct me to any link where I can find proper configuration.
Thanks!

OK guys here is what you need to do. Go into configuration and sound set up. Then go into Time code Configure. Look there and you will find a list of different time codes and adjustments. Adjust until playback is correct for you. As far as the sound card error message, make sure that the Sound card option is on M-audio connectiv, not built in sound card. I hope this helps!
