Does anyone know what Software/Hardware Promo Only is using on the Dance Mix Video series? I just got a dvd, and this stuff is top notch in my opinion. I love the effects and transitions they use.

my guess, a computer. final cut pro and maybe a DVJ for doing scratches. but make no mistake. most of what you see is most likely done at a desk with a video editor, not a dj setup.

anewsome,
Yes I did find out what they were using. And it was done with a group of guys. So looks like you cant do live feeds, to do something like this you need to have it done before a show, but still awesome effects. The software they are using is Avid3d and Avid Liquid Pro. I might have to mess with this stuff, and try it out. I was checking out some of the demo's and not to bad.
I am guessing they also used the Edirol Video Mixer v4. Nice mixer, but hopeing to be able to stick with my ecler midi setup, who knows. I may invest in the edirol if Video takes off here in Toledo. Right now no one is doing video in toledo.
Just was out in Chicago over the weekend, and guess no video there either. They just play anime on screens through out the place. I was at the Sound- Bar (nice sound setup tho and the dancers are hot!)
