it works nice =D

the only problem you might have is with the latency of the screen (how long it takes between touching the screen and the action happening). But i would guess for most things it'd be great

:)

lol man that would be really really cool!
*DROOL!* :)

I've used touch screens in venues, not running VDJ, but similar software. I found that the room temperature really caused problems with the screen.
It had nothing to do with the software, but as it got hotter in the club, the screen become a lot less responsive.
I'd try and borrow or hire a screen before purchasing to see if you have the same problem.

What about placing a cooling device next to it? Like a fan on noth left and right sides, aimed horizontally.

ive got a 19inch touchscreen by Microtouch.

is anybody using such a screen??

3m took Mictotouch over, and they updated the drivers, but now i cant use the touchscreen...

theyve removed the possibility to nominate which monitor you want your mouse touches to go to...

so if anybody has a microtuch monitor, and you have the mt6 drivers (which worked on multiple monitors nicely) then contact me. (many thanks)

when i did have it working, i didnt need the mouse to use virtual dj.
just use your finger, select your song and drag your finger accross the screen as you would to move the mouse pointer...

its even possible to scratch the spinning players on-screen using touch!!!

I've got the option of using the touch screen on my Toshiba Tecra. I got the tablet notebook and the touchscreen works great with VDJ. Have not had any problems yet.

for drivers have you checked driversguide.com?
