Simple, if you have a PC just reply PC, if you have a LAPTOP, well.....
Just trying to get an odea of what the majority of people are using, if your feeling saucy enough, list your specs and if you are using VDJ for video, or just audio.

I'm a music only desktop user who just switched from my laptop because of IRQ sharing problems. Not very mobile (especially with my big 75 lb 19" CRT monitor), but it's a hell of a lot more reliable;^]

Guess I should have been more percice.
Rackmount case PC in custom welded steel frame (I love my mig welder)
Just upgraded to allow for video.
Just a 5.1 card into a 3 channel mixer with DAC2 controller
Previously was just using audio- as close to flawless as can be expected.

Running laptop with DUAL BOOT of Windows XP, on two partitions on the harddrive.
one is ONLY for Virtual DJ (small 8 gigabyte partition), the other is for fun, game, play and online surf.
After making a CLEAN partition with CLEAN windows, I have never had any issues with VDJ.
Warmly recommended, for super safe djing....

Use a Rackmount PC with 2x 80 gig internal drives for music and karoke.
The operating system is on a removable drive, I have two of them one for VDJ
and another for the net and audio/video work.

Laptop. P4 1.82GHz, 1gig ram, ATIx300 video card(128mb memory) . Great for audio, good for video most of the time, unless in a hot and sweaty nightclub!
