OK so I have an MKII Mixer, a Dell 5100 Laptop with many Mp3s, a nice set of Sony Headphones, and some pretty loud MTX Dj Speakers. What else do I need to get started mixing at small parties?? Do I need an amp? Which one would be ideal for me? Right now I'm using a Home Receiver as an amp for playing music (lol)....Please help!!
