This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

http://www.behringer.com/BCD3000/index.cfm?lang=ENG

Available 2nd quarter of 2007....

I bet it will be a lot better than BCD2000 ;)

Reminds me of Hercules, that first made a pretty crap controller (mk1), than made a real good one (mk2)

(thanx to Moramax for the find)

Hercules better hurry up with the MK3

i just hope they will improve theire drivers as well.

If it's the same picture as for the 2000 they announce general availability for 2q 2007 and schedule it 6 months or 1 year later...

The price is 262€ in France. I just acquire my 2000 for 170€ because they ship with Native Instruments Traktor 3 LE.
They propose a podcast solution with audacity and Kristal Audio and a Podifier software.

I hope too. And I hope it will compatible for the 2000.

That sucks i just bought a bcd 2000. Anyhow if it performs better, right on.

I think they should give a free upgrade to all those who bought the bcd-2000.

I had a feeling a new version might come out since they were not updating anything about it. I just want to know what is new about it and whether the drivers will be easier to program for and if it has better performance.

I still have issues with VDJ 4.2 and I am just sitting and waiting until a version comes out that fixes the issues I have with my sound card crackling. Version 3.4 was fine, that was the annoying part.

Set VDJ latency to AUTO in VDJ performance tab, and crackles are gone I bet ;)

2nd quarter 2007 ??? Behringer ??? LOL

Let's make it 1st quarter 2008.

they are always delayed in their releases

BTW, what about 2nd line in? looks to me like bcd2000 v2.

mk2 was a huge improvement to mk1, bcd 3000 is not to bcd2000.

probably the only thing they changed is the chip that was causing all those troubles, and the colour of the knobs and buttons.

I would love to regret about this post when it is released, but it doesn't look like a revolution, just an evolution.

i don't know what to tell you guys..

if i can't use the controller with an external mixer, it aint worth buying.

and both bcd3000 and bcd2000 DO NOT have 4 or more sound outlet.

which means that we are bound to use their internal mixer.

or sure, we could a seperate sound card, but then that would be a waste of money for the bcd3000 built in sound card.

I wonder if VDJ will work better with the BCD3000 or not.

I also wonder if Behringer are going to come up with an upgrade option for those of us with a BCD2000 already.

I would also like to see a list of new features for the BCD3000 that make it better than the BCD2000.

All I know is the difference in colors and the fact that it comes bundled with Traktor as opposed to B-DJ.

I asked Behringer about the bcd3000 and the answer was basically that there’s nothing prepared for consumer viewing. … Has anyone seen Behringer @ that trade shows..????
