Topic: I need HELP!!!!

I just got the Numaek DXM-09 mixer and I want to hook it up to the Hercules MK2. I have it hooked up as followes:

from Numark ch1 and ch2 output to ch1/2 and ch3/4 input to MK2
master out from Numark to my sound card in back of my computer tower.
where do I use the booth out?

Also, when I purchased the MK2, it installed virtual dj and I now have two icons on my desktop. The first icon is for VDJ 4.2 and the other icon says "VDJ DJ Console" Which do I use and how do I configure, which do I configure and are my cable hookups right.

The Audio Sequence is followed...
... PC --->Hercules ----> External Mixer ----> Speakers

So if you use the Hercules as sound card ..
1) Pc ----> USB cable ---->Hercules
2) (Hercules) Output (Front)& Output Rear(Right) ---->Mixer (Chanel 1 & Chanel 2)
3) Mixer (Master OUT) --->Speakers.

I'm sure that someone's blog has diagrams for that.

thanks dj dad for the info. I have i hooked up as MK2 as my sound card. I do not hear any effects coming through my speakers using my Numark. Anyone know what I am doing wrong?
