I finally got tired of waiting for Virtual DJ to come up with a MAC version and i baught a MAC PRO with the new Intel Duo Core Processor and now you can get VDJ to run on them real easy with this program at http://www.parallels.com/ providing you have the Intel Processor.
Parallels allows you to run windows simultaneously with the Mac OSX software and EVERYTHING WORKS PERFECTLY!!!!!. Keep in mind you have to do a Windows Installation on the MAC then do all your updates then install VDJ. Also, if you are using ur PC/MAC for music ONLY as i am, you dont need to keep up to date with Windows updates, just as long as you have XP Service Pack 2 and dont surf the internet too much with your music pc you should be fine.
Go check it out ..... http://www.parallels.com/
the best thing since sliced bread!!!!!!
That's it for me...no more lousy PC's with crashing issues etc. I tested it and it works great. MAC ROCKS!!!!!

I tried this a while back on my new mac book pro. You aren't able to use dual monitor mode for video mixing.
sidenote: I use bootcamp with VDJ 4.2 and it handle videos with TCCDs via a maya44 (or the serato box) very well.

As far as the thread topic, don't waste your time with ANY VT software like Parallels or VMWare's "Fusion" http://www.vmware.com/products/beta/fusion/ when it comes out (VDJ for Mac will be out by then anyway... I hope).
USE BOOTCAMP to run win VDJ on your Intel Macs NATIVELY for the moment. PERIOD! =)
