i think it should be fine looks a bit like a tv tuner card

so id imagine that you would on video options choose it as an output instead of windowed

Could be a good way to monitor the videos near the DJ, so better than far display pannels.

Dont think it will work as a graphic card for video mixing in VDJ though ;)

The card is first of all for encode live input stream, such as from a camcorder.

The video out on the card might be for monitor, tv etc.. But doubt it can be used as your systems video card, or even as video card for VDJ ...

I don't know the price of it but if you're looking to just display an output to TVs then all you really need is a splitter. That would split the RCA or s-viceo out on your PC or laptop (if it has one).
You can buy the parts from a Radio Shack and make it up yourself. I did that and it works great.

I thinK RS even has some made up already. 1 in and about 5 out
If your device doesn't have a separate TV out then you'd need a VGA to TV converter.
Some of them are good some are crap.
