I have tried to send emails to the company saying my computers crashed and i need a new program sent via email, but it asks for my serial number, which i lost. my question is how long does it take to recieve it. I feel like u guys think i pirated a copy or something but if u check ur records i payed with a credit card and i have an account with the company. any help please, get back to me at deboinextdior@aol.com or right here, thanks . seb
