I have just downloaded Virtual DJ 4.0, first thing I noticed is that it does not have the Timestretch, i mean that the pitch of the voice increses when you increase the speed of the song and there is no option for that, scond thing is that the sound output is not very good, due to some new settings like in the performance tab in the config menu it has some settings which are useless and just make the sound quality poor, I used to had Virtual DJ 3.4 and that worked great
I also wanted to say that, in the internal mixer skin, there are no bass, treble and mid crossfaders which I desperately need, there are only tuners which I can not use two at a time with only one mouse!

Both master tempo and fader eq's are there, if you use another skin ...
But you should buy the software first.
btw, sound quality is much better in 4.0... and now 4.1 already.
