Topic: I need Audio on my VID MIX'Z...Help!!!

Hey guys,

I have a small issue with my new venture. When I record my vidz using VDJ 4.0/Hercules MK2/FRAPS, I only get the video with NO sound. How can fix this as the MK2 is the default sound card presently. Is it because the USD connectivity??? HELP!!!

make sure u check the record sound box in the movie tab;check the "detect best sound input" if that dont work try "use windows input" .. detect best sound should be the right choice though .

Hey, I ran some a few "lab" tests and guess what I discovered, the Hercules which is a MIDI-USB Soundcard doesnt allow me to record Audio outside of Virtual DJ---strange, isnt it, however when I default to my Audigy Soundcard, the application Fraps records both Video and Audio.
Even upon opening Sound Forge 8.0, it doesnt see the Hercules Card, all I see is windows mapper, the BIG question now is, "CAN RECORD AUDIO FROM A USB SOUNDCARD ???"
