Topic: HELP!!!!!!!!

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I just redownloaded Virtual DJ 3.4 after having cueing problems (crackly noise that others are talking about) with version 4, and now the 3.4 I got seems to have bugs. I have tried several times to adjust the reactivity and it perpetually stays at "slow" mode..........additionally the program is skipping like crazy - all this after a RAM upgrade to 768 RAM and a lot of the suggested performance tuning. Any ideas?

I am becoming very discouraged by VDJ but trying to stay positive here!

ok , to solve crackles turn ur volume up to full on the pc

ur simply amplifiying the sound of nothing ness

check ur cables are insulated

, change the proformance slider towards

reactivy not quality

press auto configure latency

defrag ur harddrive until no fragments remain

run only vdj when mixng

possibly get more ram

thats still quite small when you thing of it

and all should be well hope that helps!

I did all of the things above already......I do use this computer for internet surfing but I always delete temp files, clear event viewer, delete unused software etc etc and I have 756 of RAM...

I may need a new computer.......this one has been giving me problems from day one to be frank

1.9 GHz, 756 RAM though you'd think it would do ok!!!!!

Make sure that your soundcard and DirectX drivers are both up to date
