Topic: Audio & video not in synk

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I've got a new laptop to meet & pass the needed specs to run vdj.I've tried 4.0 too many problems went to 3.4 & works ok but a few things. The most important one is that the video when it is 3/4 of the way into it the audio is too far ahead.I'm using the vdj ripper to vob files,a ati 1600 w/256mb memory what can I do to fix this?

I've done that but seems to have too many problems, glitches,& crashes. So I think I'm goig to stay with 3.4 . But it diesn't matter if it is 3.4 or 4.0 it should still work.Any suggestions on I can do?

did u try changing the extension (codec) to open with windows media player instead of the internal video decoder?

ok now it is in synk but now when one player is playing & load the other player the video stops for a split second the audio plays fine then it works great then if I just keep playing with it it crashes. What can I do?
