I got the ION virtual dj kit for my birthday today , which includes the virtual dj software
I was under the impression that the software was the full version but i have been told by live help that is is the free version therefore they can not give any technical help
I am having problems recording mixes ( windows recorder only lets me record 60 sec worth of mix ) i was wondering if i need to download a sound recorder and if so which one ???
please help it is driving me mad !

also this is not the demo version . i have read the sticky messages re this and i have full functions regarding headphones etc...

in case you have Hercules DJ COnsole version one, you can detect it there also.
There is an option to record the whole mix into mp3/wav whether as one big file, or split it to several tracks (when you move crossfader).
But in order to help you, we need to also know which version are you using because there are differencies between them.
