What about some search on forum? Many times written. You can't do it. Possibly with "Invert Stereo" function in some music edition programs or with equalization. Rather search for instrumental songs. You can't do it 100%.

Just curious but how can you make acapellas and instrumentals using a 32 band equilizer? Just something I always wanted to know. :)

Well, you kill some frequences which are used with vocals. And lower others that should be still there. But you'll never make 100% instrumental because it will sound different. But you can almost clear vocals from song if you know what you are doing.
Play with settings of EQ and you will see ;)
Of sourse is better to have more than just 32 band EQ.

This effect is actually working on equalization process. SO you can do it better with 64 EQ ;) But if you know how of course.

One of our plugin developers it working on something really exciting.
It will sample the instrumental part of the song, and use that for a subtractive algorithm to remove all but vocal frequencies.
I've tried the beta, and worked very well ;)

Stereo inverting and eq'ing will only get you so far, you'll never make a perfect instrumental from a vocal track.
The way I've done it in the past is to loop up the instrumental parts of the original song, it's a method that's used in a lot of bootlegs...
