Topic: can't find serial #

hello coyote dj,
i followed your instructions, but was unable to input the serial # as i was not given one upon purchase.
i have the printed receipt, which has a VAT Number and an Order #, but no Serial #. Is either of these the serial # or can i access it some other way?
