Is there any way to backup cues, loops. I have a external hard drive that I share between two laptops(both with VDJ installed on it). If I cue or set loops on one laptop and then take my external hard drive over to my other laptop, the tracks are missing the cues and loops that I already set up. Is there any way to save my setting on my hardrive or somthing??

Create a folder on your extrenal drive like "VirtualDJ". Copy the file VirtualDJ Database.xml from the folder where you installed VDJ in (normally: C:|Program Files|VirtualDJ).

I also have 2 computers, depending on the gig I use the one or the other. Before each gig I copy the file from my external harddrive to the program folder. At the end I close VDJ and copy it back from the program folder to the harddrive again.
In this case my external drive always have the latest version of my VDJ database. You could create some windows command file to do the copying.
